Accommodation
NOTES!
The house is somewhat confusing in its floor arrangement. Because it's built on a steep hill the first floor has a street access as does the ground floor. To try to clarify things we have used the terms UPPER, MIDDLE & LOWER
The building is old and many rooms are not square so no measurements are absolute. Where walls are not parallel an average has been used.

OUTSIDE

Accessed only from the house there is a small and easily maintained patio garden which is partially walled and paved with slate and decking. Pond & outside tap. Slate steps lead down to an inconspicuous fuel store which also houses the oil storage tank. There is a distant sea view across a fascinating jumble of rooves.

Very conveniently there is Royal Mail post box built into the fabric of the building next to the Lower street door.
SERVICES
Mains electricity, water and drainage. There is no gas in the village so the house is fitted with oil fired central heating and its convenient situation allows for tanker delivery. Internet broadband is also available.
PARKING
The main village has little private parking so the added benefit of being able to get a car to the front door to drop off or pick up is a genuine bonus. The current owners use a garage in the main car park approximately 800m distant but there are alternatives and opportunities to purchase more central parking spaces do arise from time to time.
